I’m autistic, and I’ve worked in the hair and beauty industry for over 20 years. I know first-hand that a salon can feel warm and welcoming for some people and completely overwhelming for others.

Our whole job is making people feel good, so I wanted to create something that helps us do that for everyone. Most of the changes in here are small, kind and free, and they can make a huge difference.
