Our Promise
If you complete the full online course and still don’t feel confident applying hair extensions, we’ll give you a full refund. Simple as that.
How to Qualify
To take advantage of our Confidence Guarantee, just make sure you:
-Complete all modules and lessons of your course within 3 months of enrolment.
-Watch all course content in full (our platform tracks this for you).
-Submit all coursework, case studies, or assessments within the same 3-month window.
-Email us at [email protected] within 3 months to request your refund.
How the Refund Works
-Once we confirm you meet the requirements, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
-Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
-Requests made after the 3-month window can’t be honoured.
-The guarantee only applies if you complete the full course and watch all content.
-Partial completions aren’t eligible for a refund.
-Kits are non-refundable – they’re yours to keep for practical learning.
-If you claim a refund, your accredited certificate(s) will be cancelled, and you won’t be able to access trade discounts or insurance.
