Exciting News: Melissa Hayward Appointed Vice President of the Irish Hairdressing Council!

We’re beyond excited to announce that Melissa Hayward, founder of the Melissa Hayward Academy, has been appointed as Vice President of the Irish Hairdressing Council!

Joining Fiona Gainfort—the new President—Melissa will help lead the Council in supporting and empowering hair professionals across Ireland. Together, they’re set to drive innovation, improve education, and advocate for the industry.

Melissa’s passion for elevating industry standards and training talented stylists has always been at the heart of her work, and we can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make in her new role.
